*Rewards will be issued as points and can be redeemed in the form of eGift Certificates (“Card”) or merchandise via the Rewards platform. Referring clients must be using ADP’s RUN Powered by ADP® payroll platform and enrolled in our Client Appreciation Program to participate and receive free payroll or Cards or merchandise. Referrals must sign a complete ADP sales order, start processing payroll with ADP and continue processing for 30 consecutive days. Points will be issued to the individual enrolling in the ADP Client Appreciation Program in the month following the month in which the referred client completes processing the Services with ADP for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days.

**Free year payroll requires three referrals that start processing within a 12-month period and is subject to maximum credit of $2,500. Additional terms, conditions, and restrictions apply, refer to applicable program terms for details.
